These Terms of Service explain how we run our online store and how we’ll work with you when you shop with us.

We operate this online store to share our range of teas and related products with you. Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us process orders securely and smoothly.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date details — including your name, address, and payment information — so we can process and deliver your order smoothly.
Please double-check your details before completing checkout to help avoid delays or delivery issues.
3. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep product descriptions, pricing and content up to date and accurate, but small variations may occur. Colours may differ slightly between screens and lighting.
We provide information in good faith, but can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. If you spot an issue, please let us know — we’ll fix it as soon as possible.

We may update or discontinue products from time to time. Prices, descriptions or availability may change without notice. Our teas and accessories are intended for personal use only — not for resale.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase from Monimo. Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if stock runs out or there’s a pricing error). If that happens, you’ll be notified and refunded promptly.
All purchases are subject to our Refunds Policy.
6. Prices and payments
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and all payments are processed securely through Shopify using the methods listed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment details when placing an order.
7. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
We ship across Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
Any estimated delivery times are a guide only.
Once your order is handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
8. Online security
Your privacy and security matter to us. Monimo will never ask you to share sensitive details like credit card or bank information via email. If you ever receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Monimo, please contact us right away.
9. Intellectual property & copyright
All content on this site — including our logo, product photography, copy, packaging design and branding — belongs to Monimo. You may not reproduce or reuse any of it without permission.
Shopify’s name and trademarks belong to Shopify Inc.
Any unauthorised use of Monimo’s brand or content is prohibited.
10. Third-party services & links
Our website may include links to other websites or tools (for example, payment gateways or apps). We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
If you choose to visit those sites, you do so at your own discretion.
11. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our store runs on Shopify, some of your data is also processed by Shopify in accordance with their privacy policy.

We love hearing from you. If you share feedback, ideas or reviews with us, you agree we may use them (for example, on our website or social media) unless you ask us not to.
13. Errors, updates & accuracy
We do our best to keep information accurate, but sometimes details like pricing, availability or descriptions may change. We reserve the right to correct or update any content without prior notice.
If an order is placed based on incorrect information, we may cancel or refund it — we’ll always contact you first if that happens.

Please don’t use our site for anything unlawful, misleading, or that could damage Monimo or others. If you misuse our website, we may suspend or restrict your access.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monimo is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from your use of our website or products, except where required under the ACL.
If there’s a problem, our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as set out by law.

You agree to indemnify Monimo from any claim or loss arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Western Australia. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
